  2. Claim Acceptance
    Once you complete Step I, our Policynation team will help you with filling forms, submitting proof documents and sending the necessary documents to the insurer at the earliest. You will be notified via email and SMS about the claims process at every step.
    The documents that you must submit at the time of claiming insurance are:
    • Statement of Claim
    • Photograph or video of the incident
    • ID Proof
    • Copy of the Policy Document.
    Besides this, if the insurer requires any more documents, Policynation will notify you accordingly and also help you process the documents.
  3. Claim Decision/Processing
    Once the documents and forms are submitted to the insurer, the company will verify all the details and review your policy's terms and conditions.
